kike08 Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 ok whell about two days ago i installed my new deck since my last one was stolen ! but anyways i hooked up everything and no power, so the deck doesnt turn on when i turn on the car and ive checked some fuses and they all look good. so what i did was got some wire ran straight from the battery to the positive and negative to my deck. now it works but i have to turn off the deck manually and turn on manuall, and i was wondering where can else can i get the power from so it turns on and off with the car? 2003 Honda Accord Coupe Kenwood head unit Dc lv4xl 15" Sundown saz-3000 Re Audio speakers Jensen 4 channel (temporary)

Robert8252 Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Also important. That's only for your acc wire. Your main power wire still needs a good power like straight from the battery. Make sure to fuse it at the source with about a 15-25a fuse.
