After finding out it had no remote wire (FAIL) so i removed the power antennae wire and made my own remote wire. Well anyways, when I turn on the radio, my eq/amps and stuff work and turnon/play. When I switch to CD, my eq/amps/etc die. k3n12ock Posted July 16, 2010 Author Report Posted July 16, 2010 No, I literally pulled out the power antennae wire, and the little metal piece that holds it in place, out of the harness and plugged it into, according to another similar kenwood harness, where the remote wire is so basically I don't have a power antennae wire anymore. I remember my brothers old ass AIWA cassette deck having a remote wire.
