Sonic FX Posted July 26, 2007 Report Share Posted July 26, 2007 ADDITIONAL CUPS TO BE AWARDED Sound Mekanix, Sonic FX and SPLMAX is proud to announce that in addition to the SPLMAX CUP being awarded to the overall points champion at the conclusion of the competition, there will be CUPS awarded to regional points champions and cups awarded to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place over all points champions. "We were overwhelmed by the amount of effort, dedication and sacrifice that competitors contributed to make it to the top. To be a regional champion or top 4 overall finisher, you had to attend all 10 shows. The shows were scheduled over 5 months and were in multiple states. This in itself was a tremendous effort traveling hundreds of miles. Of course, once at the show, you also had to win a lot of bass race events.
