How many Fi bl's if 2 then dual 2 ohms, which when in parallel is 1 ohm before sub woofer box rise. Never mind Welcome to SMD! BTW Some people could care less about who the genius is that is making the product... They just want to get it cheap and say "derrrr, look at teh pretty lights in muh dash!" BTW That is per woofer, if he was only running one.If he got two dual 2 ohm sub, wired each in parallel for 1 ohm, them wired them to the amp, which would parallel them behind the input on the board, he would end up with a .5 ohm load. If you wanted to get technical, the dual 2 ohm BLs are actually 1.4 ohms, so when wired in parallel would be .7 ohms, and then paralleled at the amp would be .35 ohms, hardly what Rockford would recommend for their amps. If you are wanting to run 2 subs off of the same amp, run with the dual 1 ohm versions.They can be wired in series for 2 ohms per sub (1.4 in reality) and then paralleled at the amp for 1 ohm (.7) before rise.
