amp stop workin american bass vfl200.1

k i have an American bass vfl 200.1 i sold it to a friend and don't know what he did to it but it turns on gos to green light then i here a click then it gos in to protect i opend it up theirs these 2 thing that look like relays that's making the clicking sound..

what should i do get it fixed or sale it? and if i get it fix where would they be able to do that dose any body know any web sits or a number i can call to get it fixed plz and thank you for any help

The click IS the relays turning on.

Check nothing is shorting on the outputs. If the amp starts up fine until it switches on those relays then it's possible something is shorted.

Then again this is assuming you haven't tried hooking it up without anything connected to it...
