I didn't realize this but you've got those running right next to the fuel tank. I know they're insulated and all but that would concern me. I'd probably look at a racing fuel cell so that you can mount it where ever you like -

Those cables are pretty safe, it's safe enough to run them in your car next to all the grounded metal. Nice thick cable ties!
