i opened it up didnt see any jumpers but there were to dial like components so i i turned them all the way up. i'll try that setting for now til i can really test it.

Those do the same as the knobs on the newer ones do... you may need to leave the case off to tune them... There should be something on the board that has voltages though... can you post a good pic of the board?

LOL...that's the old model which does not have any jumpers settings or anything that you can set! Just make sure its receiving a full range of frequencies from your HU! I own this model and the concert series model, which techforce is talking about, and it's better to me than the concert series. Hope you know what you're doing with that bad boy!!!!!

You also know that the epicenter will be NO help to you with songs with alot of low bass in it already! It's not a bass booster, its for bass restoration!

send a pic of the board to Audio Control support, they will be able to tell you for sure... As long as I could remember, thave have had internal voltage switches... But.. could be wrong...
