blk03tx Posted August 2, 2010 Report Posted August 2, 2010 so i have a tarantula t5 12, underpowered.. i am looking into getting a hifonics brutus 1700.1D one channel amp... my question is... i saw a video how to wire a DVC sub to 1ohm then running a series circuit to get the load back up to 2ohm fo the sub.. since the brutus is 1200w @ 2ohm. since i would be running a series circuit, this should displace he 1200 to BOTH subs?? giving about 600rms to each???? correct??? tryin to revamp my brain with all this after bein out of the loop since 2002ish.... thanks guys 2004 black yukon slt stock for now. bose system.
