skittlesRgood Posted August 11, 2010 Report Posted August 11, 2010 try with the headunit out of the dash and turned on take some wire and strip a length of it long enough to wrap around the metal part of the rca's and hold it to a grounded point and see if thats the problem if not start checkin your grounds make sure your rca's are not in contac with the power wire in any way also have your alternator checked make sure it does not have a bad diode good luck much easier way to test the RCAs and HU... disconnect the RCAs from the amp. if the noise is gone then work your way through the RCAs Quote If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude.
