subs with big power handleing

ok im still a noob in the car audio world but i no more then the average bloke..

now originally i wanted a soundstream xxx18 but price was to high..then i moved to an smd 15 whitch is $1700 (australia hard get loud shit)

but the soundtsream xxx15 is only 200 more dose the xxx really handle 8k rms daily? or is there any sub that will handle huge loads of power daily i want a bad ass daily system with only 1 sub atleast 4k (the smd 15 would of been run at 4k)

any sugestions? or should i be stupid and try get a dc level 5 10 just to shock people lol
