I have worked with the stuff many times at my job, but just the application, never the mixing or choosing how much to apply for a certain area. Tomorrow I will be coating the inside and out side of my box with one or two layers of resin. It is going on a boat so it is just for water proofing. I was wondering about how much resin I should mix up? I am coating about 11 feet2 but I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation of how much resin to use for certain sized applications? For example, (X) ounces of resin per (Y) square feet. I just want a simple answer since I am going to be using resin on more than just this application. Please let me know Thanks in advanced ! Loudcivic Posted August 8, 2010 Report Share Posted August 8, 2010 just mix some up and dump it in the box and brush it around. you will know if you need more or not after spreading it around. dont mix up to much at a time. do it in a few steps for the inside and outside so you dont waste any 2015 silverado crew cab nothing atm but soon...
