Spend 40 bucks on some MDF, 10 bucks on screws and/or glue, and borrow a table saw (or a circular saw if you have a steady hand) and just build a new box. It's not that hard. Half of the guys on here would probably help you find out specs for a nice box if you ask.

Or you could also try using that Torres' Box Calculator that everyone on here uses. I use Bass Box Pro. Let me know what Model those Rockfords are and I can take a look later tonight.

Also what are the maximum dimensions so I don't make something too big for the space you have?
