help designing box( pics too)

i want to do a level 4 15 on an audioque 1200d

i want to do a false floor that sits inside there to put my amps and wires under. an have holes in it so the amps sit flush with the floor.

an i wanna do the sub close to the back seats in that area.

should i have the sub fire upwards or to the trunk lid. and the port also. upwards or towards the trunk.

i wanna cut these out o be a square an cut the fabric out over it to, an put some speaker grilles over it so you cant tell i cut them.

would that even help the bass? and thats why i was wondering which way to fire subs, cuz if i cut the rear deck to vent.

and would it be like a big bandpass or would big holes just vent instead of creat a bandpass.. thanks for all help
