Need help finding "Cops" clip

I just watched an episode of "Cops" where a guy got kicked outta a bar then he bailed outta a taxi and the cops chased him, and when he asked what he was under arrest for, the cop replies "for being stupid". I gotta have this clip for my text tone. Can anyone help me find the clip, or an audio clip, if possible? Thanks!
