45 Degree angles on a box, does it make the tuning lower or higher?

Recommended Posts

i wasnt being an ass. i have you a beer for gods sake. i just dont know you well enough to drink it with you:

:drinks:

well let me add this to your theory. putting resin inside the box raises tuning, if only slightly.

and 45*s dont always help. some times you are louder without them. what it all means for tuning? i havnt a clue beyond the airspace factor.

lol good deal, im use to other forums , full of jack offs. cheers

lol, ya, this isnt ca.com.

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.

45s raise tuning. Less volume as mentioned, and less restriction of airflow in the port.

Same reason multiple ports with the same area as one large port actually tune lower - larger port wall surface area = more friction in the ports = lower tuning.
