I want more spl than sound quality, i havent heard either of the two before so i need some help. I will only be pushing 400 rms from a txi4008, so which should give more spl?

if its for just spl i would get the xtr pro in a 1.25 cubic ft box tuned to 39-42 hz

true i do think that the fi x would get louder due to the higher sensitivity but he was asking which of those 2 subs would get louder and i said orion xtr pro because i've used both of those 10" subs and the orion is way louder on the same power.

yes the xtr pro hands down louder then a type r ..... but i still say go with a fi x

I was surprised an Fi X is that cheap! It would be ashame if they dont ship to the UK
