sqsux Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 only difference should be the color and volt meter on top, just make sure you don't get mixed up on which is positive and negative when you use them and you should be fine. Start out boxy, shape as you move along. Dc Audio Team Fur
Boon Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 On some batteries the posts are smaller on the negative side. You'll know as soon as you try to tighten it, and it... won't. You can either get a proper negative terminal, or go to your local battery place and ask if they have some post shims. Often they're free, they're just a thin piece of lead you place between the terminal and the post. When you crank it up tight the post and shim will just squish together into 1 piece of lead. 10.x volts fo' life!
