Quater Wave Box Need Some Answers

i wana make Quarter Wave / T-Line box but i dont understand some things

i have read the toturial ... but cant understand it because english is my second language ....

first thing : dont know how to measure Quarter Wave ? i understand this 1130/35hz=32/4~8 feet how measure it??

second : on what based on i have to do port mouth?

third : do i have to make all the port measures as port mouth ??
