    make sure the power, ground, are connected, check them with a dmm if you have one, check your fuses also

    i believe the distance should be equal to the diameter of the port, i think thats a bit too close for a 6'' port,but im no expert either

    reminds me of the lincoln that i use to have...the highlights would flash when i tryed to unlock the doors (and the locks would not unlock :/)
