starting all over... with a passat...

ok. so heres the deal. got a passat.

with stock audio.

that HAS to change.

so im thinking. i wanna get pretty loud. and i wanna do something people around here have not yet.

and i wanna blow my friends out of the water

the problem is

i gotta start all over.

my old system was 2 10 inch cvrs in a single cab ranger. had the subs in my front seat. was a good arm rest lol.

so now ima take a little bit of a step. from 2 10 inch kicker cvrs...

to now.

hopefully 1 audioque hdc3 18 with aluminum coils running on a audioque 2200.

any comments about that go ahead.

plus im thinking a fancy little touch screen head unit. i dont know of any good ones. so im all ears if you know of any good ones.

ill run zero gauge. that kicker kit prolly cuz its easy.

i believe the stock alt is only a 90 amp

so ima have to upgrade that.

but i cant really find a good one (havent looked that hard) help would be nice on that

ill end up doing the big 3 but i prolly wont be happy doing it.

ill get a fancy little battery for it.

i dont really wanna run multi batterys. sounds like a pain in the butt to do

and im not sure how big of a box i should go with it

dont know how to tune the ports and stuff. kinda do. but not really.

surprisingly passats actually have a big old trunk for its size. 40wide by 18 height by 36 deep i believe. ill have to shave off some of those numbers to actually fit the box back there and have space to do stuff. but

soo... what should i do? i want help with everything. what would you guys do and what should i do?

i need help what to decide. like sub and amp a good choice? what should i do about my alt and my electrical. how big of a box and tuned to35-38 hz i believe the sub likes. is there a good place to get quality zero gauge?
