dwright27
this place was expensive but only one that had any MDF. $70 almost for 2 sheets. pieces all cut and about half a sheet left over port drawing, this is calculated by roscoe for me and is 3 inches tall, by 6" wide by 6.2" deep, looks small though mock up, waiting for my help to get here so i can get angles on everything for the cuts so theyll fit just right. dwright27
got more pichas. port but after assembling the box and ran a small text fit, i discovered that it was too long, well not that it was to long, but the clearance with the back of the box was like 1/8" im gonna do some more testing and see if i can figure something i like with it. this bish is heavy side view of port and this is hammering the screws? screwin that bish last one for now, gotta cut the ends with my saber saw, and attach those bishes, and did i mention the braces and coming too? dwright27
this build is sucking cock! the sides arent wanting to go in and the damn woofers are almost to big and there ROAD Thunders. hes dropping off his box currently and woofers tommorow and ill be building from that, after i get the actual depth of them, i thought the damn angles wqere hard but this shit is kickin my ass. on top of the that the port is almost to deep, i may double the face and might be able to lift the woofers up another .75 inches, if thats what needa do then thats what ill do. no pictures cause i didnt get anything else done, just wanted to lok at fit and placement, before i cut anything else. dwright27
well i think im gonna make trim rings to get the woofer up without having to double the whole face, that way ill have magnet clearance, but as far as the port goes, still stuck till roscoe gets back with me.
