MTX Thunder 8000 12" 4ohm Dual Voice Coil

i cant quite seem to find exactly how big i need to make a box for this sub.. i have one and i made a box but it seems like its just not right.. so can anybody help me figure out how big i need my box for a MTX thunder 8000 12 4 ohm?

sealed box volume 1.0 - 2.0 cubic feet

ported box volume 2.0 - 3.0 cubic feet

for 2 use standard and for 3 use 3/4 and for 4 use outside dims and play around with different sizes and hit calculate at the bottom, it'll tell you the cubic feet.

alright i played with the calc and stuff and told me the cubic feet of whatever iw wrote in there. but what is cubic feet.. lol i googled it and it said something i believe like every cubic foot is 1 foot is that right?

its basically the airspace inside the enclosure.

what is a cubic foot?.....seriously? a cubic foot is 1 ft. x 1ft. x 1ft. also known as volume aka how much space something takes up aka 7th grade
