Mtnbikecrazy55
anything would be an upgrade, get some pioneers or kenwoods or infinitys or something and then save the money for some better subs/amp/power..... Guest jbinn
You hardly need $1000 for mids/highs and like others have said why are you using CVR's when you're willing to spend 1000+ on just highs? anyways... Since you like kicker: Get 4 Kicker XS680's (probably 70 a pair brand new) and get a Kicker KX 600.4 to run them (that'll give you about 60RMS per speaker.) and you should be set, I run that SAME amplifier on my components and they sound loud as hell. Guest
kicker isnt a low end brand but thanks for the input but kicker cvr's arent that great...i still fail to see why you have that big of a budget to compensate for woofers like that. i mean if they were some DDZ's or something crazy loud like that then i would understand the big budget. but no. dugee81
He is focusing more on mids/highs than the bass.. I don't see the problem of having a strong upper end and then having something simple to fill in the lower end of the hz spectrum.
