Skullz Posted September 21, 2010 Report Share Posted September 21, 2010 That hifonics amp is another good option to go with as you can turn the gain down for now and when you get a better alt then turn it up more, at least with the hifonics it will play at 1 ohm for the subs you have. I think you are right. The bxi2608d will put out about 400-500 watts more than the amp I had ( which is audible ) and ya I can just keep the gain down if my electrical doesn't like it. I put looks into the desision equation too much. The audiopipe 3000 is sick looking and would look nice in my car but too much of a risk running it a 4 ohm mono when I know that the bxi2608 will do the job I expect. I have never bought anything from ebay before so I am not the one to ask on how reliable their dealers are. If I was going to buy that amp I would get it from the link that I gave you. Thats just me.
