Need better box design

My original box isn't good enough, the port area is like 10' per foot and I now I understand that it is suppose to be around 12-18 inches per square foot. The subs require 1.75cubic feet so the net volume needs to be 3.5 cubic feet. I am wondering how to build a box like that with these dimensions Height 15
