enclosure help

need some help on building an enclosure, i want to buy 2 re xxx 12, but not sure of how big to build the enclosure. i found this member build on here and am going to do the same idea cutting up the back of my truck.(http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/72104-scary-truck-rebuild/). i used the torres box tuning calculator given on this sit. played around with it, and i dont know if 8 or 9 cuft would be to big or there is no such thing as too big? any ideas?

i want to tune it around 35hz.

amps probably the AQ2200D. not sure until i decide 100% if i will buy the subs.

What kind of vehicle? What are the deminsions of the space you have to use?

well i was thinking about 21"hx40"wx25"d

and probably mdf 1 to 1.5 inches thick.

i dont know if you saw the link i added its on a chevy truck similar to the one on the link.

2 12"s, 8 cubes would be a bit too big, maybe 5ish

ok, since i have read that these subs need a lot of space to get their full potential that's why i thought going a bit big. Ok so in between 6 and 7 would be ok, 5 seems a bit too small?
