Big_Mike
What programs do you guys use to chop your songs? I was looking around and found a program called screwlab? I tried it out and failed. Lol And does anyone by any chance have the song My 808's Chopped By Matty G?

z_ro
having a great background in music theory helps with understanding timing and how to keep the right beat pattern i hate it when people time shit wrong i hear ya hating < example i i hear ya hating < bad hear hear ya hating < good Ahh, but then we get technical. You always want to chop a beat and not a word. Sometimes the words fall on off beats which gives the illusion of no beat or chop. The chop comes from the beat being repeated. But Yeah you definitely got the right theory. DSM this man right here could definitely school you. listen to what he says.
