removable port question?

ok so how would i go about doing this

should i do a port that comes out all the way or i seen one before on here where it was like a plug basically and it was daily with it in and comp with the plug out............which way is the best thanks in advance

So what your shooting for is 2 different frequencies? One for daily and one for comp?
