Guest MegaloManiac Posted August 14, 2007 Report Share Posted August 14, 2007 when you download flip4mac its downloaded as and dmg(image file)...WM Components 2.1.2.72.dmg you double click that(WM Components 2.1.2.72.dmg), it mounts it, then a folder pops up with an installer(Flip4Mac WMV.mpkg) you then double click that(Flip4Mac WMV.mpkg) then follow through the installer reboot Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After anything that I install on my computer I ALWAYS reboot just incase, even it doesnt make me. Most of the time when my mom is having problems with her computer and im not home the simpliest solution is to tell her to restart and hasnt failed yet...
