If you're not limited for space and insist on a 6th order, I'd suggest you go with a regular 6th order and not a series tuned 6th order horn you see so common in blowthroughs (like the one you have tried out here). What tuning were you shooting for btw? you don't have port dimensions shown. What kinda airspace do you have in front of and behind the baffles?
