best positioned enclosure for good SPL ?

hello, i am in the process of making a twin 12 ported enclosure for my audiobahns but am wondering before i get to committed, would i get a better spl reading with the subs facing the bootlid or facing the back seats? or port facing back seats subs facing the bootlid, or the other way around ... thanks

have to experiment some say subs facing back some say forward sealed off from the trunk that's only if your seats fold down build the box and try it both ways and see what gets you better numbers I personally like forward sealed off from the trunk

its a coupe with a metal bulkhead, i personally think the subs facing the seats is better as it doesnt attempt to blow your boot off as much
