fecupe2001
Hey guys, a friend asked me the favor to post this here, he has a Toyota Corolla 2007 , his stock alternator was barely charing at 13.2 volts, then he bought a 165 amps alternator http://hi-ampsalternators.com/ , i don´t know how good are the alts from this company or anything, but now he barely charges at 13.5 volts, he has a brand new powermaster under the hood, big 3, 2 runs of 0 gauge and a piece of shit performance tecknique 1500.1 amplifier and he´s dropping to 11.2v , WTF?? Just wanted to know if someone with a 2007 corolla had this problem or anything, i checked EVERY wire and conection and they seems to be ok, someone told me that the regulator has a fuse on the fuse box, he didn´t disconect the regulator from the new alt so maybe could be that? i know a lot of things about car audio thank god, but, i do recognize when there´s something i don´t know, and one thing i suck at it´s about alternators, so please, if someone can give me a help it would be very apreciate!!
