Opinions on Alpine iDA-X305S?

Recommended Posts

I plan on picking one up on Friday to replace my Kenwood KDC MP142. Any opinions or other recommendations for a new headunit? I like the features on it, and have 3 RCA outputs is going to be very nice (no more splitters :clapping: )

I have the 303 and find it to be a good unit. The iPhone connection is a little slow on the newest iOS but is bearable. Shame about the low voltage on the preouts and lack of EQ features. The imprint add on unit fixes the voltage and EQ problem and the next update for the iPhone should fix the speed in searching through the folders when there is heaps to go through.

All round a good unit IMHO for the user not requiring a cd drive built in.
