Anything to make it stronger So any tips out of experience? Maybe any ideas with box design(right now Dimensions 12Hx30Wx15D) Sub firing forward port firing forward One more question How in the hell do you put pictures that you have on your computer in threads? because i have the picture of the idea You know how you avoid that? Tuning around 34-36hz should work out well for an average box though. Keep your cuts a smooth and as straight as possible and the pieces as square as possible. Square as in 90 deg angles. Make sure the joints are glued very well. Use a good carpenters wood glue like Titebond. Screw the box together well, screws every 4 inches or so. Pre-drill and countersink for the screws so you dont split the MDF. Try and keep your first screw 2 - 2 1/2 inches from the end of a board. Your boards will split easier near the corners. Make sure everything is sealed when your finished. If you had tight joints and used plenty of screws and glue you will probably be fine. If your cuts were wavy you will probably want to go back and fill any voids. Roundover the port edge inside the box as well as the corner if you have a bend in the port.
