1 Xcon vs 2 Sa-12s

Alrighty guys, I have been searching around looking for some good quality subs, and have narrowed it down to pretty much these 2.

I want to know what would be a louder set up. Sq is important, but the loudness is going to sway my decision. I have heard that with the right box, a single Xcon can reach upward of 140db on music. Any input on what you would do in this situation would be awesome. Also, The Sa-12's are 190 each, and the 12 Inch Xcon is 380, so it is a perfect price comparison.

The SA's will most likely be louder as they have double the cone area of a single 12" Xcon, however the SQ on the Xcon will surpass that of the SA's

If I get banned for trying to make the right decision, this forum is more of a joke than I thought. And why the hell would no one know? It's not like no one else has the subs... Pretty sure there are plenty of people that could put in their 2 cents. Thanks though.

Ok. I'm pretty sure noone else has the same car as you, running the same amount of power, same upgrades, and has used both subs. So no, noone probably knows what will be louder. Kthanksbye.

but the answer to your question is that one.

the only way to really know the answer for you is to have you put both setups in your car and test for yourself, and sell which ever one you dont like. Which means youll end up keeping both.
