ok i got all my things now the hard part does anyone have a good website for people that are just starting and have no idea what so ever what to do?

what should i look for to make sure that it is in good working manner i mean if i never really seen a new one

Get an Ibanez electric for a couple hundred and then trade up when and if you decide you plan to continue to play. Some places offer trade up programs. Also check out music123.com or musiciansfriend.com for some good deals.
