fiberglassing a subwoofer box

ok i have a couple of question and any help would be appreciated. what i have right now are 2 15" re sxx runnin off of only 1200 rms at 1 ohm. iv been savin some money and i want to upgrade my amp for the 2 15's and i also wanna run 4 10" subs for "mid bass" first off my question is how bad would it sound if my 10's received more power than the 15's? for instance the 2 15's will be in a ported box getting 1000 rms a piece. i'm thinking about getting 4 10" re audio sex's getting 500 rms a piece sealed. another question would be what is the best way to postion the subs. should all 6 face the same direction? will it sound bad with the 15's ported and the 10s sealed? and finally in the fiberglass box are round ports the best way to go? ...i told u i had alot of questions. any and all help would be great. thanks
