__d_a_v_i_d__ Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 stupid title sleepy boredom. but im wondering what should go first, im getting 3 Dekas batts (or 5optimas). or the a 300 amp alt ? which ever i get the other one will come i say about 4 months after for when i keep saving up. or should i go without no beat and get everything at the same time ? im worry about if i get the batts, run 5k watts and alt cant charge them. 3 months pass by, n theyre dead so batts or alt first and why ? edit: come to think of it, depending on what route i go, lets say i sell my bnib dc xl, and xxx. i can get all this month. but still the xxx been sitting here for half a year so cant hope on that. so depending on my part time job. does take that long wen paying stuff and no hours. Well before, I was running an AQ2200 at 2 ohms with an HC1400 up front and a HC2000 in the trunk and I wouldnt drop less than like 13.2x volts, but now I am wanting to go like 3-4k, and extra battery's arent gonna cut it, if I would have stared with an alt when I had the funds, I would probably only need to pick up a D3100 to be in the same voltage range with more power ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............
