Loud01Blazer
So my buddy is wanting to get an amp to push 2 MT 15's. I was trying to turn him on to the saz-3000d but he's also looking at the 40.1. They will be ran @ 1 ohm. Which one would be better for him? His electrical is upgraded to a 200 amp alt, optima yellow top and 2 stinger sp1000's in the back. 2004 Ford Explorer Limited Mechman 270 Amp alt.(6)Sundown SA-10'sIncriminator Audio 40.1(2)Stinger SPV-2150'sAll Knu Flex Wire
E a r t h
Well, I know the sundown is at least 3000 @ 1ohm with 12.8 volts as long as you have the electrical to back it which you do.
dwright27
well the IA does 3600 @ 1, so, i say IA , because they like just as low impedances as the sundowns do. so IA gets my vote. 2006 F-150 4 DC XL M2 18's Walled Daily Driver XS Power 4 DC 3.5kw Team DC Team S.P.L. Skip01
We tested my friends ia 40.1 and with it rising to 2.1ohm it got 3200watts...so they are underrated a good bit And hes now got 2 of them running strapped at .7(.35 final) with only 2 nsb125s and stock alt.....even when playin full tilt voltage drops to 12s....NorthStar FTMFW 2004 Explorer4 12" Type R500.1(.5 ohm)6cu@35hz153@ 44hz
