good 5 chennel amp

who makes a good 5 channel amp that isn't set up to be a 4 channel with a sub out i am looking for something that would work for a dolby 5.1 surround sound set up or would i be better off doing a 4 channel for my doors and 2 channel for my center channel?

Alpine make a couple. Cost a bomb though and only work with a couple of their decks without extensive modification.
