how to wire my lanzar opti drive 2000d

Recommended Posts

From what he knows right now I think it would best to take it slow on him, no need to go all nuts with upgrades and stuff.

Plus if he wired that amp down to .5 I believe those pioneers would smoke.

since the subs are 1000 rms and the amp is 2000 rms like rebel said they will get 366 each so they will be underpowered

Hahah damn cody

She ain't that sexy. I wouldn't even let her blow me. Those 10 pounds of make up would end up all over my crotch.

you dont find dubstep, dubstep finds you

Yup, can't wire them down any further unless you get another.

Hell even at .5 still under powered with 4 subs.

At .5 with 4 subs you will see 500wrms per woofer.

I can not find any specs on that amp, I even went to their site and I still couldn't find it.

Where are you seeing its rated .5?

I need to know what coils your pioneers have.

i would say that if your electrical is up to par for the amplifier and the final VC configuration is going to end up being @ 0.65 ohm, yeah do that

this!

if you dont know what he means by electrical up to par meaning your car having *the big three* bigger power wire from alt to battery, engine ground to frame, and battery ground to frame

ok i can do all that, ill have it done tomorrow, i have about 23 foot of 0 guage wire total, would that be enough or would i need more?

What car do you have.

Your taking a HUGE jump into this which is usually a very bad idea.

what you want to do from here is up to you basicly.

i would personaly just run two subs for now untill you got another sub or got a bigger amp. you can make those two subs sound pretty good in the right box since they will be getting the required power :good:

thats later tho if you want to make one down the road too

2000/3 is 666 not 366 right? so wouldnt they get 666.67?
