Guest Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 i got a guy that will buy em with this shitty box i got in my town... also i gotta go out to his house and check out the model of those rockfords. and after i sell the jackhammers any suggestions for better subs in that price range? how much you looking to spend on subwoofers and an amplifier? i got an 800 watt amp. lookin to spend under 200 on either 2 good 10's or 1 12. what kind of 800 watt amp. and define "good". the lowest "good" woofer i would recommend would be a sundown sa-10 or 12 or an audioque sdc2.5 Quote

Guest Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 (edited) maybe 300rms @ 2ohms it has a 25 amp fuse. if you end up keeping your jackhammers, let me ask you this. do you have the dual 2 ohm version or the dual 4 ohm version? we can help you find an amp suitable for them. edit: sorry i looked at the wrong jackhammer LOL. give me a few minutes and ill find you a suitable amp http://www.caraudiodeals.com/audiopipe-ap15001d-p-1452.html heres the amp i personally run. fantastic little guy. make sure you tune your gains correctly so you do not overpower the woofers and possibly blow them (i dont know how well those things can take power over rated) Edited January 17, 2011 by Kranny Quote
