dman1049 Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 1989 accord lxi is the car. stock alt is 90 amps and i have an extra one so im going to ditch my ac pump and put it there. my ac condenser was gone a long time ago and in WA state theres not really any point in ac when i have windows. how would i wire up multiple alternators?

Next, the second alternator must be externally regulated, so you either need an alt designed for a dual-alt application, or you need a compatible voltage regulator for your second alt.
