dzld231 Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 So I need to know how to get the layout or template of my trunk so I can make a false floor type deal. Not really going to be hiding anything, but I need a flat surface that covers all of the trunk. Currently I have two spots on either side of the trunk that were storage areas, but a deadly combo of Michigan weather and age have eaten away the metal. So I filled the storage areas with expanding foam before winter so I wouldnt get snow/rain and whatever else in there, and now I want to cover everything so I can use my whole trunk area for my system plus storage. Im new to building my own system, my first was just plug n play shit that I had my friend install. This time Im building the box, the floor and hopefully doing some sound deadening. So, please any tips on how to create a template of my trunk are VERY APPRECIATED! How to videos/pics are very helpful. (I havent found anything on youtube that helps.) Thanks muchly. It'll help you get all the curves just right and if you fuck up cutting the cardboard it's easy enough to re-do. wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 .
