white4d96 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 I saw someone mentioning LED reverse lights, I haven't had the best of luck with those, they tend to be dimmer than stock. I am planning on putting h3 HID's into my reverses, run off a relay. Give it a shot Too many projects, too little time...

Give it a shot i put them in mine, they DO look better but not worth it IMO. the new Cadillac's have them in there and they look sick so if you have a clear tail light then with would def look better. mine are stock tail lights and arent clear so the light does show up to well

Your backup lights should be clear... A friend of mine did LED reverses on his Shadow: As you can see output is negatively affected. A member on a forum I frequent switched to HID reverses and output got a shitton better. Unfortunately I can't get the pics to work on here. I have tinted tails including my reverses so this is part of why I want to go HID. Too many projects, too little time...
