so technically i could have different sized woofers

say 15" for 10hz-90hz

10" from 90 to 150

6.5 from 150 to 250

then the highs

does that sound resonable to u?

well the sub(15") should play til about 50hz..playing subnotes

for a midbass, 10" is kinda big, 8" should be the biggest you'll want, playing at 51hz-250hz

then you have your midrange, a midrange doesnt need 6.5, 4" at most is wanted...even then its just to get a "wider" axis response. play them at 251 up to about 4k-6k

then your tweets crossed on up from there

keep in mind there are a bunch of other things to keep in mind, for instance placement will factor in the biggest part. Lots EQing may/will be required to get the desired sound. its hard work but in the end you should be quite satisfied

i was never plannin on doin this soon

but i want to have the best sound quality car ever

and each speaker size can hit a certain range of notes the best and loudest

and that is wut im lookin for

its different and very complicated but im not sure anyone has ever tried it

but just a note the higher the frequency you go the less cone area you'll need. only reason why i mentioned some of the stuff was a bit big.
