OC104 van built by Pulse Car Audio

ok... next was to wire up the monitor... they wanted me to re-use the monitor somehow... but didn't want people to get to the dvd's (they keep stealing em) and the Wii... so I had to extend the monitor and cut the dvd part out (it was an all in one unit) and extend the wires to the inside of the van... I used some cat 5 cable and soldered each wire... wrapped the wire in aluminum foil then rubber tubing to keep unwanted "noise" from the video display.

now to finish the inside of the van off a lil bit... they didn't have any kind of seating... and wanted something just incase they needed it...

i made up a bench, finished the inside and located the Wii and dvd controls underneath...

and I forgot to mention.. not sure if you can see it... but I molded the sensor bar for the Wii into the shroud of the monitor...
