CWaterfield Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 So Im trying to hook up a JVC head unit in a 99 Taurus and Im running into a bit of a problem. For some reason the radio and the rear defrost isnt turning on. It is the oval dash and Im confused on what power wires to connect. If someone has experience with this car and or knows what to do to make it work Please Help!!
corrie32 Posted February 7, 2011 Report Posted February 7, 2011 buy a wiring harness i love this sh--t man 1966 Ford Fairlane Pioneer prs 80, the big three, with 2 big azz agm batts, dual 270/200 amp alts , two 8'' mids and tweets in the kick( PPI phantom 600.2). two 10''s and tweets in the doors, two 10'' mids and tweets in the rear decK ( Lanar opti 500x2). 2 C2 Audio Threatcon 4 12s on a Crunch GP3000d. No crossover .
Robert8252 Posted February 7, 2011 Report Posted February 7, 2011 If you bought the dash kit it should have came with the wiring harness that runs to your trunk.
