You don't have rejailbreak it but you do have to hook it to the computer u used to jailbreak phone... tethered = Every time your iphone, ipod, or ipad dead or lose power you have to plug it up to the computer you used to jailbreak it to turn it back on. untethered(the easy way) = All the fun of a jailbreak without having to plug the iphone, ipod, or ipad up to the computer you used to jailbreak it every time you cut it off or the battery die....
