cubs_fan0718 Posted February 2, 2011 Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 (edited) It should say where to go under the red X, but toggle hold switch on and off, hold middle button and menu till the apple logo comes up then immediatly hit and hold the middle button and the play/ pause button until it reboots, and ur good, plug in after that and reinstall the ipod software.
